ChinesePal is completely free. We do not sell subscriptions, we do not take card details, and we do not charge anyone — so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
Every HSK level, flashcard deck, video and exercise on ChinesePal is free and stays free. There is no trial period and no automatic renewal, so your access never expires because of payment.
Because there is no subscription, you never need to send a cancellation request and there is no cancellation fee. If you want to delete your account and data, just contact us and we will do it for you.
We charge nothing, so in the normal course of using ChinesePal there is no payment to refund. If you ever believe you were charged by ChinesePal in error, contact us and we will investigate and refund it in full.
Contact us at yuanyuanzhao616@gmail.com, on WhatsApp at +86 155 6846 8319, or on Facebook at Zhao Andrea with your account email (if you have one), the approximate date and amount of the charge, and “refund” in the subject line. We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
