Welcome to ChinesePal (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website at zhongwenpal.online and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
ChinesePal provides online Chinese language learning content, including lessons, exercises, audio, quizzes, flashcards and course videos. All of this content is provided free of charge.
You may create an account to save your progress, but an account is not required to browse and study. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
ChinesePal does not sell subscriptions and does not charge your card. We never request payment details on this site and there is no automatic renewal to cancel. There is no free-trial countdown: your access to free content does not expire.
Free 1-on-1 help is available from our teacher on WhatsApp at +86 155 6846 8319, or on Facebook at Zhao Andrea. This is a free support channel, not a paid service.
If we ever introduce paid features, they will be clearly labelled, entirely optional, and announced at least 30 days in advance.
Because the Service is free, there is nothing to cancel and normally nothing to refund. If you wish to delete your account and data, or if you believe you were charged by us in error, please see our Refund Policy.
All content, trademarks, and materials available through the Service are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, interfere with the Service’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or share your account with others.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
